We offer Flat Rate Shipping to all contiguous US states for Canadian Insulin customers. Cold products are express shipped and cold-packed in medical-grade insulated package systems. Every order ships with a tracking number, so you can follow it to your door.

We offer Flat Rate Shipping to all contiguous US states for Canadian Insulin customers. You’ll pay $19.99 for dry products and $39.99 for cold products. However, shipping to destinations such as Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may need additional charges. We want to assure you that our team works closely with licensed pharmacies in Canada to provide the highest level of quality and service. Even with the flat shipping rates included in your order, you’ll still enjoy substantial savings on your prescription.
Reliable Thermal Shipping
We take great care to ensure that all orders requiring cold shipping are packed in medical-grade, temperature-controlled packaging to maintain the highest quality of your products. However, please be advised that unforeseen conditions such as weather, climate, and political issues may cause some delays in delivery. Storage and temperature guidance for each product, based on the manufacturer’s specifications, is on its product page.
Shipping Times
Most Express shipments take 3 to 5 business days to arrive after your order has been verified, processed and shipped. Estimated shipping times for all other shipping services are indicated in the table above.

Are there additional shipping fees?
To maintain dependable service, some surcharges may apply starting May 21:
- Cold orders under 3 units: $50 surcharge
- Dry orders under $300: $35 surcharge
These fees help cover the increased cost of our upgraded shipping service.
How can I avoid shipping surcharges?
You can avoid these fees by:
- Ordering 3 or more cold items
- Spending $300 or more on dry products
- Choosing our UK or Philippines shipping options, which do not incur any surcharges
When will my order arrive?
Once we successfully verify your prescription, we are committed to delivering your order within the estimated delivery times for all shipping methods.
However, the following situations may cause delays in delivery:
- Your prescription has not been submitted, or details on it are unclear or missing
- Payment issues: invalid card details or security holds
- Transit delays due to bad weather or busy postal periods

What if I need to cancel an order?
Orders may be cancelled at no additional charge as long as they are cancelled prior to shipping. To cancel, contact our customer service team and we’ll cancel it for you: call us at 1-844-560-7790 or email us at service@canadianinsulin.com. Shipped orders can’t be cancelled.
