Order online
To order online, simply follow these easy steps:
- Sign in or create a free account on our website.
- Find your insulin, diabetes medications, or diabetic supplies on our website and add them to your cart.
- Complete our secure and easy checkout process.
- Upload a valid prescription during checkout.
- That’s it, you’re done! You will receive an email confirming your order.
*Do not forget to upload your prescription when ordering any prescription medication or insulin. We cannot process orders for prescription products without a valid prescription.
Order by phone
Contact our friendly customer service team during business hours.

- Please call us at 1-844-560-7790 to order by phone.
- Be sure to have your valid prescription and medical information ready.
- Download and sign our Customer Agreement.
- Send us your signed Customer Agreement, along with your prescription, via email, fax, or mail.

Fax your prescription
You or your doctor can fax your prescription to us at 1-866-951-0118. Then place your order online, by phone or by email.
- Have your prescription and medical information ready.
- You or your doctor fax your prescription to us at 1-866-951-0118.
- Send us a signed Customer Agreement by fax or email.
- Place your order online, by phone or by email. We can’t take orders by fax.
Fax your prescription
You can also scan your prescription and signed Customer Agreement and email them to us at service@canadianinsulin.com.

What you need
Whichever way you order, have these ready.
A valid prescription
A valid prescription from a registered physician to support your order, for up to a three-month supply. You do not need to upload a new prescription for refills on an existing valid prescription.

A signed Customer Agreement
Agreeing to our Customer Agreement is a one-time requirement, which you can do during our simple registration process.
A Visa or Mastercard
We accept payment in USD via Visa or Mastercard credit cards. Please note that we do not accept AMEX, Paypal or Crypto Currencies.
